Interested in 1-1 Mentorship? I offer a holistic and intensive 4-month mentorship where we will work together to:
 

• Work through trauma and psychological wounding.
• Undergo deep shadow-work and inner discovery.
• Develop habits that will help you ground and grow.
• Work towards your vision of potential and self-realization.

 

Each session consists of the same format:
 

• The first part is devoted towards discussing patterns, working through past pains and traumas, examining unconscious beliefs, and developing forward momentum. 
• The second is part devoted towards a guided active imagination. Here I will walk you through your inner world and facilitate dialogue between your inner parts and whatever else arises out of the unconscious. 

 

Sessions are held over video via Telegram. My standard coaching rate is $150/hr. Each session will last approximately 1.5 hours and will be held once per week, except for the last two sessions which will be spaced two weeks apart. I invoice monthly, typically in the first week of the new month for the previous month. 

 

This mentorship stretches over 4 months, with 14 sessions in total. It is designed to act as an initiation into your unconscious material. 

 

By the end you will have a clearer understanding of what your personal unconscious looks like, and how to access the deeper, more authentic structures present there. 

 

Our time together is an investment. To realize a powerful return on this investment, you will need to:

 

• Commit to the full time frame of 14 sessions (with the option to add extra sessions). 
• Show up with an open and honest mind and heart. I can't help you if you are not transparent about what is going on within you. 
• Be willing to make permanent changes in your life in terms of where energy is being directed (eg. quitting addictions, excersings, reading recommend material, following through on assigned homework). 
• Hold a commitment to doing the work and showing up. I cannot do the work for you. No one can. I can only guide you through your own inner world, but it is you to commit to your health.

 

Everyone is different and at different stages in their lives. My aim is to help people where they're at, and give them the tools to develop a holistic framework for actualizing their fullest potential.
